Synopsis
The story follows Anita Wilson, a young woman who becomes desperate to save her seriously ill mother. In order to get the $100,000 needed for surgery, she is forced into a humiliating deal that leads to a one-night encounter with a stranger. After that painful event, Anita leaves the city and starts a new life abroad.
Six years later, Anita returns with a young son, determined to rebuild her life. By coincidence—or perhaps fate—she ends up working for Tristan, a powerful and charismatic CEO. What she doesn’t expect is that her son quickly becomes attached to Tristan and even begins calling him “Dad.”
As Anita and Tristan spend more time together, mysterious connections between their past and present begin to surface. Secrets from that fateful night slowly emerge, forcing them to confront the truth about their relationship and the child’s identity.
